First person view of me injecting myself on my leg with EPO with the SureClick Injection Pen of 20 Micrograms.
Important to note, the manuals tell you to count to 15 when you hear the first click OR until you hear the second click (which usually takes about 3 seconds). I opted for the later, this injection session really stung. But usually it's not that bad.
Dit is een video van hoe ik mezelf een spuit geef met de Aranesp SureClick Injectie Pen van 20 microgram.
Normaal zegt de handleiding om tot 15 te tellen OF af te wachten voor het tweede klik. Ik heb gekozen voor dat laatste want deze sessie deed toch wel pijn. Maar meestal valt het wel mee.
