Every game in college football is a “must-win.” But as the season progresses, the level of how badly you must win every game can change. From College Football Playoff hopes to conference championships, there comes a point in the season where you have to be perfect in order to achieve a goal. A bowl game is the goal in front of the Washington State Cougars, and Saturday is as “must-win” as they come. A win means bowl eligibility; a loss does not.
In this week’s episode of Talking WSU Football, Austin Getz is joined by Cougar legend Alex Brink as Washington State looks to send their seniors out with a win at home and get to 6-6 on the season. Brink knows the importance of making a bowl game and how this team can benefit from a few more weeks together.
