1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup tapioca starch
¾ cup hot water (180ml)
3 pinches of salt
1 teaspoon cooking oil

▶For the tteokbokki ingredients
14 oz (400g) rice cakes
2 fish cake (optional)
2 boiled eggs (optional)
2 green onions
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
1T tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
½ tablespoon curry powder
