Collection
A meticulous selection of singular vineyards in Campo de Cariñena: stony and loam–sandy soils, elevations from 520–850 m, and balanced vines with modest yields. Only in truly remarkable vintages does a plot become Anayón. Numbered bottles that capture—like a perfect negative—the fullest expression of our DO.

Origin
“Anayón” —blueberry in *fabla aragonesa*— pays tribute to the aromatic memory that began this story: a nod to the land, to roots, and to the fruits that give us our name.

Work
Hand harvest from old vines (30 to 100 years), manual pump-overs, and tailored aging in French, Navarrese, and American oak. In **Cariñena Terracota**, the ancient heartbeat of 150 L clay jars restores texture and purity, as though the earth were whispering to the wine.
