Welcome to WEEK 4 of the 8-Week SCULPT Transformation Challenge! 🚀 We are officially HALFWAY through the program!
This week, we are turning up the heat. We are keeping our focus on STRENGTH, but we are increasing our volume to *10 REPS* per exercise. That extra 2 reps per set is designed to push your muscles into a new zone of growth and endurance.
If you are a woman over 40, this type of "progressive overload" is the secret to changing your body composition without spending hours in the gym.
📅 *YOUR WEEK 4 SCHEDULE:*
Perform this Lower Body Strength session on *Day 1* and **Day 3**.
🔥 *WORKOUT DETAILS:*
• Focus: Lower Body Strength & Endurance
• Structure: 4 Supersets
• Reps: 10 Reps (Challenge yourself to keep the same weight as last week!)
• Equipment: Medium to Heavy Dumbbells, Booty band
Focus on quality over speed. The 9th and 10th reps should feel challenging but doable with perfect form.
