Описание: Julien started his career as an independent Real Estate Developer in Perpignan, South of France (2009-2017), where he also worked on developing urban innovation projects with a particular interest for the new business models and social innovation across cities. In 2018, he engaged in a doctorate degree in urban science, writing a thesis on “Stakeholder Engagement in Smart-Cities”. He keep developing different prototypes on the side, in order to deliver practical solutions for future city governance, with his last startup called Democracy Studio.
