On Saturday, December 28, 2019, Mr. Pushpa Raj Bajracharya gave a very fruitful and informative lecture on the Teachings of Vipasyana Meditation in Mahayana Sutras in the lecture (Part II) program organized by Nagarjuna Institute of Buddhist Studies Pvt. Ltd. This was the second part of his lecture. According to him, literature wise, Vipasyana meditation is not the sole mainstay of Theravada Buddhism and Pali literature. The Sanskrit literature of Mahayana Buddhism in the form of both Sutras and Sastras also equally is enriched by the teachings of Vipasyana Meditation.
