An experiment was stolen from a lab, and at the same time, children who are having 13th birthdays become mutated. The Spiez are sent to investigate and discover that a girl named Kat is behind it all. She was disappointed in her birthdays, so she wants to get revenge by turning other rich children into mutants during their birthdays, and therefore have the biggest party on the block.
Four siblings work as agents of the World Organization of Human Protection, otherwise known as WOOHP. Lee, Megan, Marc and Tony Clark all attend Southdale Junior High School and appear to be normal children in every way. Whether they’re scaling a live volcano or parachuting into a luxury apartment, saving the world is no excuse for missing a family dinner!
