'Baywatch with bikes', as some called this 1996 USA Network show. Bicycle police patrol the beach for five seasons, with cameos by professional wrestlers, cyclists, pop culture icons, and even Stephen J Cannell. Great art it wasn't, but we've certainly seen worse. The surf-rock theme ('Just Another Day in L.A.') is by Christopher Franke (of Tangerine Dream, and composer for 'Babylon 5'). You'll see two sets of opening titles (to reflect the cast before and after a season four revamp) plus the end credits.
