Hi Frens, I have made Dashain Special recipe Mutton Pakku. It is one of the most loved cuisines for Dashain festival. It can be eaten even up to weeks if cooked properly. Most important steps include marination with spices and should be careful not to use water. Marinated meat should be refrigerated for at least 6 hrs. Secondly, meat should be cooked on low heat for a long time.
Preparation time: 7hrs
Cooking time:50 mins
Ingredients.
1.Goat meat 1 kg
2.Turmeric powder 1tsp
3. Salt as per taste
4.Cumin powder 1tbsp
5.Corriander powder 1 tbsp
6.Garam Masala 1tbsp
7.Red chili powder 1/2tbsp
8. Bay leaves 3-4
5.Cardamom 4
6.Mustard oil 1/3cup
