The Gen-X features all of the modes of operation including Manual Injection, Recirculation and Automatic Injection which allows for up to 99 individual mold recipe counts stored on-board. This allows the operator a quick means to change the automatic shut counts for each mold presented also these counts are password protected so the floor operations can not simply change the bill of materials on the fly for resin usage. All of the Key features found on the Aviator model such as FLOW RATE DISPLAY, PROGRAMMABLE GEL-TIME ALARM, ELAPSED TIME OF INJECTION DISPLAY are all standard features on the Gen-X not to mention the in-line mold protection system with the proven low pressure diaphragm control circuit to prevent the resin pressure from exceeding the preset maximum limit.

But where the real difference starts to show is in the VOICE REMINDERS found exclusively on the Gen-X. The Gen-X actually talks to the Operator reminding them of the simple details such as filling the solvent and catalyst tanks, then navigates them through the functions of each screen the first time they view them.
