ZIgbee Corner Light with 3D printed base and T8 style LED

In this video, I'm making a smart light using an off the shelf Zigbee smart switch module, a T8 style LED light bar and a custom 3D printed base that I weighted with some plaster that I poured inside.

The light I used is a bit special as it has both wire connections on one side and allows us o power the light from one side only. The light can be connected at the base and it can then stay upright without any wires going to the other side.

The 3D printed base uses a gyroid infill so that the entire volume inside is just one space and we can use it to cast plaster inside so it gains on weight. The weight is important as we do not want the light to be easily tippable.

To control the light I'm using a Zigbee Smart Switch module for which I modeled a slot on the back where the module can be pushed in.
