Yummy Fried Chicken Wings - Nepali Style - Delicious Nepali Food Recipe!

Ingredients:
700g - Chicken Wings (Cut in half & remove wing tips)
1 teaspoon - Ginger and Garlic Paste
1 teaspoon - Chili powder
1/2 tsp - Dark Soya sauce
1/2 tsp - Curry powder or Meat Masala
2 cups - Cooking Oil
Salt to Taste

Cooking Tips:

*Don't over cook the wings or will be too dry and chewy.
*If you like spicy food then add more chili powder.
*Stir and flip your wings occasionally so that it's cooked on both sides.
*Don't over crowd the wings. If your pan is smaller, fry in two batches.
