About the time the Rice and Blake recordings were released we see Tony Rice and Norman Blake performing some of the material on this short video from the CBA mid-summer Grass Valley, CA bluegrass festival. This video has a complete live version of one of the best songs from the Rice and Blake CD - The Shipyard Apprentice (by Archie Fisher). Pretty sure this video was shot 1990 - maybe 1989.
