Aaj main share kar rahi hoon super easy sago dana recipe,
jo sirf 3 ingredients se tayar hoti hai.
Sab se pehle
Sagodana/sabudana 1cup
Milk 4-5 cup
Sugar 4 tb (according to your taste)
sago dana ko achi tarah wash karke 30mint- 1 hour ke liye bhigo dein,
Ab ek pan mein milk add karein
aur halki aanch par garam hone dein.
Milk garam ho jaye to
isme bheega hua sago dana daal dein
aur lagatar chalate rahein
taake ye pan ke sath na lage.
Ab sugar add karein
aur low flame par pakayein,
jab tak texture creamy aur smooth na ho jaye.
Gas band karein
aur thora sa thanda hone dein.
