I could have used Mantra of Distraction or Signet of Domination for a bit more CC but it was still okay.
Overall, I would recommend Focus over Greatsword on this fight unless you know pulls are sorted elsewhere.
Now, this pug wasn't the best at controlling slublings so even when I pulled them together no one else really did anything but it's still the way to go.
You shouldn't really need to use your distortion for something else so I'd say you should use it to block as many Shake projectiles as you can.

Slothasor can be a very technical fight for Power Chronomancer due to its many phases, mechanics and breakbars which makes it one of my favourite fights when I play Chronomancer.

Due to our utility, we have a lot to offer as a Chronomancer/Mesmer in this fight.

You can freely swap off from Mirror Images since you can precast clones. Some other helpful choices are:

Well of Calamity - Pure Damage

Phantasmal Defender - You can place the Defenders in the poison and gain a fair bit of DPS, it also brings taunt as a condition for Daredevils and others who might benefit from extra conditions outside of granting you and other mesmers Superiority Complex uptime

Feedback - If Slubling control is abysmal you can provide some relief.

Signet of Domination/Mantra of Distraction - You can opt into taking both of these instead over Mirror Images and Mantra of Pain for a lot more CC.

Mantra of Concentration - For stability, should you need it.

Portal - This is more for advanced squads where you can portal people to shrooms.
