How to Fish for Trout or Salmon with Spawn Sacs or Skein

Gear: Rod (longer rod is better), Reel, Bobber Stop, Slip Bobber, Swivel, Gamakatsu size 2 or 4 hook, spawn sacs or skein
Optional - Net, Pliers, Measuring Tape
Set Up Options
Bobber stopper on the line first, then the bead, then the slip bobber, then a swivel and three to four feet of fluorocarbon line and end with a hook (Gamakatsu are sharpest)
Find a spot to fish. Google Maps. Green and Blue, then go to satellite view...
Find the fish. Trout and Salmon like the mouth of rivers and they also like deeper holes in rivers.
Cast downstream. Let bobber get perpendicular with the water quick Let it float by. Bobber Down Set the hook right away. Jiggle it for attention.
When you have a fish, get your hand wet if you’re practicing catch and release. If you are planning on keeping a fish, know the local regulations.
