These reactions show the reactivity towards (H2S(g)) under acidic conditions using 6 M Nitric Acid (HNO3) with 1.0 M Thioacetamide and heat with the metal cations Silver (Ag+), Aluminum (Al3+), Barium (Ba2+), Copper (Cu2+), Iron (Fe3+), Manganese (Mn2+), Nickel (Ni2+), and Lead (Pb2+).
All metal cations are contained in 0.2 M metal nitrate (NO3-) solutions.
If the cation forms a precipitate while in the hot water bath, then it is forming an Acid Insoluble Sulfide.
