Installation and use of the BREWHA Dry Hop Assembly

Описание: For certain styles of beer, particularly IPAs, it is customary to add hops to the beer for the last few days of fermentation providing the beer with a bright, spicy, floral, citrus hop bouquet. The simplest way to do this is to just open the fermentor up and add the hops in, however, this will release pressure from the carbonated beer, and also introduce oxygen into the fermentor. Introducing oxygen to beer late in fermentation is considered bad practice as the beer will oxidize, resulting in off flavors.
