I was thinking to build this van rack to suite my needs and leave room for eventually loads of cabinets the long stuff i am going to carry them on the roof rack that i am intending to install later, anyway this is first part of the video in the second part i am installing another bed slide at the back same high as the first one so the will be level up so i can put flat pack furniture and boards sheets i used 12mm flywood on floor and 6mm to panel the walls for the shelves used 9mm sheets to keep the weight low and to balance the weight and for the strength of the slider bed i used 18 mm sheet to build the shelving cab as that is attached to the sliding bed only on bottom as fixings i used mg threaded nuts and 6mm bolts to fix the runners on to the floor and metal L bracket with countersink bolts to fix them to the runners as well i use noice reduction self adhesive band for the wall at that van sounded like a drum, thanks for watching and fell free to ask me anything about this builds, i will leave some amazon links below so you guys can find some tools that i have used to do this protect by buying frome this affiliate links you will pay the same porice as you would usually only i get a small percentage from amazon that will help me to create more content and invest in more gears to make more quality videos thanks again here are amazon affiliate links
