Along with the 30 day reset, I have been doing Yoga with Adriene's "Move" program. Check out her channel! The classes are free, and it's easy to see and feel why she has millions of viewers. It's been a calming addition to my morning routine, and its the perfect exercise to complement this meal program. If you are doing Sakara, they recommend 20 minutes of joyful movement each day. This yoga program pairs perfectly!

Background:

I am using the SAKARA 30-Day Reset program, which provides all food for the week days over a four week period. Sakara is an organic, plant based, gluten free, dairy free, non-gmo, no refined sugar meal delivery service . It's pricy, but you get your flavor rich meals ready to eat. I am not a vegan, but I would like to eat more plants. This plan will at the very least get me there.

The marketing for this brand, along with the reviews I've found, cause me to wonder if this is a program reserved for wealthy supermodels. I don't expect to transform quite that much, but feeling healthier and losing a few pounds would be delightful. Let's see what happens.
