In this video, I explain what pain really is, how it’s perceived by the nervous system, and how you can practice yoga and movement intelligently — without ignoring pain or being ruled by it.

✨ In yoga, we say you master a posture when you can breathe through it.
If the breath disappears, the posture is no longer serving you.
