2022 marks 50 years of "Z" which life-cycle has witnessed the rebirth of the Z1 with the Z900RS and Z650RS paying homage to the original. Fukumoto also discusses Sugomi design, the influential 2003 Z1000 and some of the design tools used to bring the design team's visions to reality.
