Fried fish puffs can be eaten on its own dipped in chillie sauce or sambal belacan. Very fragrant after frying and so delicious to eat. It can also be added into all types of fish noodle soups or for steamboat.
INGREDIENTS for the Recipe
300g ikan tenggeri fish paste
4 large eggs
Salt to taste
chicken powder or mushroom granules
1 tsp cornflour
Method:
In a food processor, add the fish paste. Add seasonings into eggs and beat the eggs. Add into the food processor, add the corn flour as well. Blend until a smooth thin paste is achieved.
Heat enough oil in wok, drop spoonfuls into medium hot oil and fried until golden brown. Dish up and served with your favorite sambal belacan.
