☕ Cappuccino Dream Dessert – So Creamy & Irresistible! 😍
Ingredients
400 ml cold heavy cream
2 packets vanilla sugar
200 g cream cheese
300 g mascarpone
approx. 60 g honey
2 packets cream stabilizer (Sahnesteif)
2 tbsp instant coffee mixed with 3 tbsp hot water
Additionally:
approx. 6 cookies (ladyfingers, butter cookies, or similar)
½ cup cold coffee (for soaking the cookies)
🍰 Instructions
Prepare the cream:
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, mascarpone, honey, and vanilla sugar until smooth.
Add the dissolved instant coffee mixture and mix well.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with cream stabilizer until stiff, then gently fold it into the coffee mixture.
Assemble the dessert:
Lightly soak the cookies in cold coffee.
Layer cookies and cappuccino cream alternately in dessert glasses or a large dish.
Finish with a layer of cream on top.
Decorate:
Sprinkle with cocoa powder, chocolate shavings, or crushed cookies for garnish.
Chill:
Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours before serving.
