How do delivery boys work every day in the capital city, and what kind of pressure do they face? To understand the ground reality, we accompanied a delivery boy to observe how he receives orders, reaches delivery locations, and deals with customer behaviour.

Within a little over 10 minutes, the delivery boy reached the delivery point. However, the pressure to deliver orders in a very short time remains constant. The situation worsened after some companies introduced a rule mandating delivery within 10 minutes, increasing stress on delivery workers.

Due to this pressure, delivery boys often rush to complete orders quickly, sometimes ignoring traffic rules, which puts them at risk of accidents. The delivery boy said that after the 10-minute delivery rule was relaxed, there would be some relief. However, he also made it clear that the number of orders would remain unchanged, and work pressure would still continue.
