Holistic Growth is a compassionate, community-based, integrative mental health service that offers clinical mental health counseling as well as complementary and alternative therapies. At Holistic Growth, we believe that the individual’s mental, physical, social, emotional and spiritual dimensions are intertwined. Thus, a holistic approach to well-being enables us to see the person as a whole. Nearly forty percent of the adult population in the United States alone uses some form of complementary or alternative medicine to improve their health and well-being. Holistic Growth offers conventional, complementary and alternative modalities all in a single location for mental health treatments that are safe and known for their effectiveness. In our practice, we provide modern evidence-based practices along with ancient healing modalities such as yoga, energy healing and meditation.
Additionally, at Holistic Growth we also offer integrative wellness and life coaching that empowers people to create a life in alignment with their unique vision and purpose. Our broad-based programs address self-development, relations hip, family, health, fitness, career, spirituality, and finances in a way that is customized specific to each person's individual needs.

In addition, we offer multicultural competence consulting for individuals and organizations to foster multicultural sensitivity and diversity appreciation.
