Recorded in 2020 live at the Koger Center for the Arts, this full-length production of Tchaikovsky’s classic "The Nutcracker" will be exclusively available for Forest Acres Weekly subscribers with a suggested donation to Columbia Classical Ballet. Artists have been hit hard by COVID and this is a great way to help support one group in our neighborhood. This special performance will feature hometown star and international ballet phenomenon Brooklyn Mack dancing the role of “Cavalier!” Brooklyn Mack began his ballet training with Forest Acres’ own Pavlovich Dance School and has since graced the stages of the world’s leading ballets including the Joffrey Ballet, the Washington Ballet, and the American Ballet Theatre in New York City - one of the greatest dance companies on the globe. Plan to watch the performance and support the Columbia Classical Ballet this Friday, December 18, 2020 starting at 8pm.
