Passionfruit Curd

Описание: Passionfruit Curd is easy to make and you don't even need fresh passionfruit. Made with passionfruit pulp, egg yolks, sugar, butter, and a pinch of salt.

Ingredients
6 tbsp unsalted butter 84 grams
6 tbsp granulated sugar 75 grams
Pinch of salt
4 large egg yolks
1/2 cup passion fruit pulp* (120 ml)

-Passionfruit pulp does not contain sugar, if using a passionfruit syrup or juice which contains sugar, consider reducing the amount of sugar in the recipe by half. You can find passionfruit pulp made from 100% passionfruit on the frozen aisle at the store, or online.
