Just when it looked like the San Antonio Spurs were on their way to a fifth title, the engine that propels the San Antonio train has sprung a leak. Tony Parker suffered a Grade 1 hamstring strain during the Spurs' Game 3 win over the Miami Heat and played injured for Game 4. In other words, that ain't good.

Parker didn't play much in the second half against Miami on Tuesday, but he wasn't needed as Danny Green and Gary Neal outscored the Heat's Big Three by shooting the lights out. However, the Spurs won't set a Finals three-point record again (they hit 16 shots from downtown in Game 3), so Parker's services will be required.
That means the clock will be turned back and Tim Duncan will be called to carry the Spurs once again when it matters most. Especially considering LeBron James is due for a monster game at any time, the Spurs will need all the help they can get in Game 5.

Unless he simply can't go, expect to see Parker on the floor as the Spurs try to take a 3-2 series lead on the road. He knows what's on the line and he promised Duncan a fifth ring before the Finals began. Needless to say, Game 5 of the 2013 NBA Finals is going to be interesting.
