Hey everyone 👋
This is Day 0 of my 75 Hard Challenge journey!
I’m starting this challenge to build discipline, focus, and mental strength.
For the next 75 days, I’ll be following these 5 rules:
1️⃣ Two 45-minute workouts every day (one must be outdoors)
2️⃣ Drink 1 gallon of water
3️⃣ Follow a clean diet (no cheat meals)
4️⃣ Read 10 pages of a self-improvement book
5️⃣ Take a daily progress photo
I’ll be uploading my journey daily — the struggles, the wins, and everything in between 💪
