These ContoUR fit gloves are built for youth players and their wrist system is different when compared to other youth gloves crafted by Rawlings. With a ContoUR Fit glove, you can simply pull the lace knot on the side of the wrist to adjust it to your needed setting. And once it is in the position you like, you can go ahead and re-knot the lacing or you can keep the knot in its place so that adjustments can easily be made between pitches.

This ContoUR wrist system is very dynamic as many youth gloves come with a fixed wrist lacing system that requires a young player (or their parents) to completely un-do the wrist lacing to then re-set it.
