Today, Mark and I are joined by an awesome guest and friend, ​ ‪@dalearchdekin1528‬. He is the founder of https://www.smartinsidesales.com, a coaching company for ISAs. He shares his strategies and insights with us on how to convert open house leads, as well as some follow-up tips.

When it comes to open houses, the people coming in might be actively searching for homes, or they could just be in the neighborhood, looking around. There are three important things we highlight in this coaching session: discovery, providing value, and follow-up. These three are crucial in forging authentic and long-term relationships with them, whether you can get them to a close or not.
