I attended another private track rental hosted by Titanium Autogroup and I decided to make the absolute most out of it. In this video I performed 6 1/4 mile runs to demonstrate the negative effect that high temperatures and high density altitudes have on the performance of your vehicle when drag racing. I started the day racing at 80˚ F & 1700DA. By the end of the day it had warmed up significantly, and the final temperature was 92˚ F & 2900DA! I hope this video demonstrates to those that are new to drag racing of just how much high temps and high DA's negatively affect 1/4 mile performance.
