Ingredients

2 kg chicken
Cinnamon sticks 2nos
Cardamom 10 nos
Bay leaves 3nos
Cloves 10 nos
Onion 3 cut 4nos
pepper
Salt
Chicken fat mixture

Chicken stock 3 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Pinch oil
Pinch pepper
Pinch salt
Red food colour
Mix it well and brush it
Heat oven 200° grilled for 15 mins
For Cook Rice

Basmati rice 1 kg (Soaked before 1 hour)
Ghee 2 cup (around 100 ml)
Chopped onion 5
Chopped garlic cloves 3
Cinnamon sticks 3 nos
Cardamom 10 nos
Bay leaves 3nos
Cloves 10 nos
Coriander 1 tsp
Cardamom 1 tsp
Pepper 1 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Dry lemon 3 nos
Chicken stock 1 letter (as a required)
Dum Layer
---------------------------
Chicken stock 2 tbsp
Red food colour
Chicken stock 2 tbsp mix
Heat charcoal
Pinch oil
Cover for 10 minutes
