World record!
some optimizations have been made since my last run:
take bounty hunter and back later to be able to afford death's dance, since lategame is bottlenecked by health regen due to fast-respawning bots. (hullbreaker might also be decent; further testing needed. The loss of demolish is not a big deal, since 90% of your turret damage will be autos and rift herald anyway)
no initial buy until after lv1 cheese; buy a tiamat for better waveclear
aim for 3 rift herald charges. 4 is possible but requires some finesse
