CZ P 01 Urban Grey Decocker Failure

After purchasing this CZ P-01 brand new in November 2017 during the first range trip with it I experienced an issue where upon firing the decocker would flip upwards and begin to walk out of the frame. I sent it in to CZ USA for warranty repair in late November 2017. Despite their work the issue has not been resolved. This video was taken January 30th, 2018 to demonstrate the ongoing issue. I have attempted to remedy it myself and 'dimple' the decocker per SuperGunner84's wonderful instructions to create a more secure fit between the two decocker pieces, but the dimpling appears to not quite be sufficient, so we'll try again.
