Solo Check-In: Finding My Voice Again (Literally + Spiritually)

Описание: It’s been a minute since I’ve done a solo episode - and this one’s raw and real. Background noise? Yep. Family cleaning and prepping for my daughter’s graduation? Definitely. But I hit record anyway.

In this short check-in, I’m sharing a personal life update about what’s been going on with my voice, throat, and mouth since turning 40 - and how that physical transformation mirrored something much deeper: a quantum leap in how I show up and take up space.

I recently spoke on a leadership panel in Charlotte, and for the first time, I didn’t question if I belonged. I knew I did. No shrinking. No performing. Just presence and power.
