First, let's talk about the 5 Marla Educational file. The current rate is approximately 9,20,000. For the 5 Marla Barcode file, today's rate is around 9,75,000. Moving to the 10 Marla category, the allocation rate is nearly 11 lacs, while the 10 Marla Barcode file is priced at 14,50,000.
For the 1 Kanal category, the second ballot rate is 12,25,000, and the Barcode 1 Kanal rate is 22,00,000. The unsuccessful file rate is 8,15,000. Please note these rates are current as of now; they can fluctuate. I request you to get the latest rate at the time of your call because file prices change frequently.
Will these rates increase or decrease? Currently, there is a very good response from the market. Buyers are entering, and in the last 4 to 5 days, we've seen an increase of 1 lac to 1.25 lacs. This is partly because a real estate relief package is expected from the PM on April 7, 2026, which may reduce taxes. Many buyers whose previous purchases were at higher rates are now buying more to average out their costs and recover losses. If you are thinking of buying, do not delay as time is short.
Another factor is that investors from the Gulf are shifting their capital back to Pakistan due to the current situation there. Service Benefit plots are also a great option.
