A $130M deal is shaking things up at the Legends in Kansas City, Kansas. The shopping center is now in the hands of Tanger Inc., a national retail outlet operator. It's also been renamed Tanger Kansas City at Legends. Locals and businesses KMBC spoke with, all said they're excited for the future of the open-air shopping center. They said they're happy with what they see now, but wouldn't mind more choices when shopping, or the return of live music.
