Описание: 1. *Preparatory Work*
**Select an Appropriate Clamp Meter**: Choose a clamp meter with an appropriate range according to the type (alternating current or direct current) and magnitude of the current to be measured. For example, if you want to measure the current of common household alternating current electrical appliances, you can choose an alternating current clamp meter with a range of 0 - 10A or 0 - 20A. For industrial equipment, you may need a clamp meter with a larger range, such as 0 - 100A or higher. Meanwhile, make sure that the accuracy of the clamp meter meets the measurement requirements. Generally, an accuracy class of 2.5 or higher is more appropriate.
**Check the Clamp Meter**: Check whether the appearance of the clamp meter is damaged, such as whether the jaws can open and close normally and whether the display screen is clear and complete. Zero the pointer or digital display of the clamp meter. For a pointer-type clamp meter, you can zero it by using the mechanical zero-adjusting knob. For a digital clamp meter, some have an automatic zeroing function, while others may need operations like short-circuiting the test leads to zero it.
**Set the Range**: If it is a clamp meter with an automatic range, you can directly conduct the measurement. If it is a clamp meter with a manual range, you need to estimate the magnitude of the current to be measured and set an appropriate range. Generally, start by setting a large range to avoid damaging the instrument due to excessive current. For example, if you are not sure about the magnitude of the current, first set the range to the maximum gear, such as 200A, and then adjust the range according to the measurement situation.

2. *Measuring Alternating Current (Taking Common Alternating Current Electrical Appliances as an Example)*
**Measuring a Single Conductor**: Place the measured alternating current conductor in the center of the jaws of the clamp meter. Pay attention to making the conductor perpendicular to the plane of the jaws and only clamp one conductor. For example, when measuring the working current of a desk lamp, turn on the desk lamp to make it in a working state, and then put one wire (either the live wire or the neutral wire) connected to the plug of the desk lamp into the center of the jaws of the clamp meter.
**Reading the Data**: Close the jaws tightly to ensure accurate measurement. For a digital clamp meter, directly read the current value displayed on the display screen. For a pointer-type clamp meter, read the scale value pointed by the pointer and convert it according to the selected range. For example, if the range of a pointer-type clamp meter is 10A and the pointer points to the scale of 5, the actual current is 5A. If the measured current value is relatively small, you may need to switch to a smaller range gear for a more accurate measurement.

3. *Measuring Direct Current*
**Connect the Test Leads (Supported by Some Clamp Meters)**: Some clamp meters need to be connected with test leads to measure direct current. Insert the red test lead into the "+" jack of the clamp meter and the black test lead into the "-"
**Record the Data**: Record the measured data, including the current value, measurement time, measured equipment and other information, for subsequent analysis and reference. #EfficientWinding#PowerTransformers #TransformerManufacturing #ElectricalComponents #EngineeringExplained #transformador #eléctrico #tecnología #fábrica #foryou #viral #videocorto #manufactura #máquina #energía #shorts #tendencias #cableado #trabajofábrica #ingenieríaeléctrica #transformadordeenergía #transformadoreléctrico #fabricación #proceso #fabricante #procesodefabricación #EnvolturaAltaTensión #EEUU #Canadá #Australia #ReinoUnido #vlogdiario #diario #trabajoadistinta #Tesla #TrabajoDiario #cableeléctrico #ingenieríadeenergía #transformador #envolturaenfoil #naciónbajavoltage #ingenieríaeléctrica #EnvolturaBajavoltage #EnvolturaFoil #IngenieríaEléctrica Contact information: Phone: (86) 15611685887
