Angus Beef Burger Mix
Ingredients
• 10 kg Angus beef mince
• 1 kg finely chopped onions
• 150 g finely chopped garlic
• 6 whole eggs
• 140 g salt
• 40 g black pepper powder
• 10 g white pepper powder
Method
1. Combine the minced Angus beef with onions, garlic, eggs, salt, black pepper, and white pepper.
2. Mix gently until all ingredients are evenly combined.
3. Shape the mixture into patties of your preferred size.
4. Grill or sear the patties over medium heat until cooked to your desired doneness.
5. Serve on toasted bun we are serving with broich bun with your choice of toppings.
