Malema reacts to court's decision on Riotous Assemblies Act challenge

The High Court in Pretoria has dismissed EFF leader Julius Malema's application to have the Riotous Assemblies Act declared unconstitutional. Malema challenged the constitutionality of the Act saying it was apartheid legislation which did not belong in the law books. Malema was charged with violating the Act in Newcastle in KwaZulu-Natal and in Bloemfontein after he urged supporters to occupy vacant land. The criminal trial against Malema had been put on hold pending the outcome of his high court application.
EFF leader Julius Malema says he will challenge the court ruling. Malema was speaking at the Pretoria high court shortly after the judgment.
