Genshin's 3-Star weapons are an interesting case. Due to their lower stats, simple effects, and commonality, most people write them off as useless junk. While I understand why, I personally think that a good chunk of them have the potential to be great.
So, to spread 3-Star propaganda, I decided to make a video breaking them down, seeing which ones are worth your time, and ranking them all form worst to best.
As I say, I'm not an expert in this game. I like to goof around with funny characters and playstyles, so these aren't fully tested with the optimal characters, levels, and teams. So take everything I say with a grain of salt.
