Описание: It is an 11 minute video. In Government set up promotion has broadly of three types namely Selection, Non-selection and limited Departmental Competitive exam. Till 2022 the general understanding was that the concept of Zone of consideration (ZoC) was not applicable in the promotion by "Non-selection". However, in May 2022, DoPT has issued an order regarding reservation in promotion of Persons with bench disability in which the concept of ZoC has been introduced in promotion by non-slelction too. This video discuss the issue in details
