Tensions flared at the Ad Hoc Committee earlier today after private investigator, Paul O'Sullian walked out of proceedings shortly before his evidence was supposed to conclude.
O'Sullivan claimed to be rushing for a flight to the dissatisfaction of MPs. The Speaker of Parliament, Thoko Didiza has since released a statement requesting an urgent report from the Chairperson of the committee detailing the circumstances surrounding O'sullivan's departure.
