Anleitung:
Alle Stecker und störenden Teile abmontieren.
Das Ventil drücken und Druck ablassen.
Ventil mit Schraubenschlüssel 14 ausbauen.
Die Druckleitung mit Schraubenschlüssel 17 abschrauben.
Die 3 Schrauben mit Torx 30 öffnen.
Die Pumpe VORSICHTIG abziehen / herausdrehen.
Den Stößel herausnehmen.
Here you can see the change/ replace of the cup plunger high-pressure fuel pump. This is driven by the camshaft and is therefore highly stressed.
The Change of ram takes about 30 minutes and costs just 30 €.
instructions:
All plugs and disturbing parts detach.
Press the valve and release the pressure.
Remove valve with a wrench 14.
The pressure pipe with spanner unscrew 17.
Open the 3 screws with Torx 30.
Remove / unscrew the pump CAREFULLY.
Remove the plunger remove.
