Handout footage released by the Philippine Coast Guard purportedly shows a China Coast Guard vessel firing water cannon at a Filipino fishing boat near Sabina Shoal in a disputed area of the South China Sea. Three fishermen sustained physical injuries in the incident, Philippine authorities say.
