Epidemic

For Dana Overbeck’s 30th birthday, friends and family gather, including her estranged father, Rufus, who unexpectedly arrives hoping to make amends after years of distance. The atmosphere is tense but filled with hope for reconciliation. No one suspects that one of the guests has unknowingly brought an unusual pathogen that gradually begins to affect those present.

As some guests start feeling unwell, concern rises. The festive evening turns into a challenge as it becomes clear that the situation is more serious than it first appeared. Rufus, trying to support his daughter, steps up as a leader, helping guests stay calm and care for those who aren’t feeling well.

Despite the difficulties, Dana and Rufus slowly find common ground and begin to understand each other better. Together, they search for ways to handle the situation and support those around them. This unexpected event becomes a chance for them to rebuild their bond and open a new chapter in their relationship.
