(in this footage the camera is oscillating slightly, i had the go pro on the wrong setting and its trying to "level the horizon" i've since disabled this setting.) Pictures of the water damaged pistons follow the time-lapse
This engine had been sitting for a very long time water ingress into to the cylinders made lifting removing the cylinder very difficult.
In the time-lapse you will notice that the cylinder head is still attached to the cylinder barrels, unlike most engines the head is removed from the cylinders after being removed the the crankcase.
this is Bonus footage, lifting of A bank from a seized meteor engine which is being dismantled for spare parts.
